8.  15 year old boy who had cardiac surgery for complex congenital heart disease.   Because of an arrhythmia, he was given Amiodarone.  Thyroid "storm" ensued, necessitating thyroidectomy.
 

Diagnosis = Amiodarone Thyroiditis
