10. A  71 year old man with involuntary weight loss, and a peripheral lung mass found on chest radiographs.  After fine needle aspiration of the lesion, a lobectomy was performed.

Diagnosis = Biphasic Sarcomatoid Carcinoma (so-called "Carcinosarcoma")
